RETURN, TERM & CONDITIONS AND WARRANTY POLICY
Accessories and Pagers: All claims warranty and exchange must be accompanied by receipt. Absolutely no cash refunds.
Purchase amount is credited upon our received of both product and packaging in original condition (excludes all shipping charges).
In addition, a copy of the credit card receipt is required for refunds applied toward credit cards. All sales are final after 30 days.
A re-stocking fee of 15% applies on all returns except for non-compatible or defective merchandise.
All items have 60 days warranty. Pager airtime used is not refundable. No warranty on physical damage items. A flat rate of $8.00 will be charge
to your credit card for shipping & handling on all accessories and pagers.
Prepaid Cellular Phone Cards and Long Distance Phone Cards: Not responsible for loss, theft or unauthorized use of card or card number.
All cards are non-refundable. The prepaid cellular phone card from Verizon Wireless expires 60 days after the last account deposit.
If an account is inactive for 180 days, it will be disconnected. The prepaid cellular phone card from Verizon Wireless is valid in
the Chicago and St. Louis markets and is subject to the analog or digital prepaid wireless terms and conditions at our stores.
For assistance call customer service at *611 airtime free from your cellular phone. Long Distance Phone Card expires 3 months
after first use or on the expiration date printed on the card, whichever occurs first. Long Distance Phone Card uses to call
within the USA or to call from USA to international countries only. Toll free 800 customer service is available in the back of
each prepaid phone cards. Rates are subject to change without notice. Payphone charges may vary. Connection fee and other charges
may apply. Card has no cash value and is non-refundable. Cellular Phones: Cellular phones are sold with subscribe to our service, you will pay the applicable services rates for the service plan you select, along with all charges properly billed to your account by Verizon Wireless. Single Rate and DigitalChoice only available with specified CDMA digital equipment. Digital service and features not available in all areas. By selecting a service rate plan, you agree a two (2) years service agreement with Verizon Wireless. $200 early cancellation fee is applied. Airtime is rounded to the next full minute, so actual allowance may vary. Unused airtime minutes are lost. For customer service after phone is activated, dial *611 send on your cell phone. We may require a deposit as security for the payment of service charges. A deposit is not a prepayment for any service. Your deposit plus interest will be refunded after twelve months if all conditions (for conditions call *611) are met. BeeGee.net products are limitedly warranted to the original retail purchaser to be free of defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. This warranty shall be valid for one (1) year manufacture from the date of original retail purchase (excludes batteries). This warranty does not cover any cellular-shop.com product that has been altered, modified or damaged through misuse, negligence, accident or improper use. Phone is returnable or exchange-able if the total minutes used in the phone is less than 30 minutes or within 3 days of purchase.
